Service Agreement

This agreement covers the preparation and delivery of food By Plentiful Kitchen.

Inbal Fershat is not a medical professional and does not claim any expertise other than as a trained professional chef/whole foods specialist.

CLIENT DUTIES & PAYMENT

(a) Client agrees to pay a set fee of $360  for 3 nourishing meals (3 mains + 3 sides + dessert + ferments). Fees are due the same day of receiving invoice via check, cash, Venmo-Plentiful-Kitchen.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

The term of this Agreement will begin and shall continue through completion of the project or cancellation by either party in accordance with the cancellation policy.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Client Information: Any and all Client information and data of a confidential nature, including. but not limited to [dietary preferences, health conditions, anything that goes on in the home] shall be treated by Company in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to third parties or used by Company for any purpose other than providing Client with the services specified hereunder without Client’s express written consent.

INDEMNITY

(client) shall indemnify and hold harmless Inbal Fershtat, its directors, officers, employees from and against any and all liability, expenses, including defense costs and legal fees, and claims for damages of any nature, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, death personal injury or property damage arising from or connected with implementation provided hereunder, including workers’ compensation suits, liability, or expenses arising from or connected with services performed on behalf of this Agreement.
